We're currently taking a short break. Our website is still open for orders, and all orders placed from 26th March 2025 will be shipped when our studio reopens on 3rd April 2025. We would like to thank you very much for your patience and understanding, and we want to assure you that your order will be top priority when we return.

When will my order be posted?

Our current processing time is 1-7 business days, please note this does not include shipping time. We work hard to ensure orders are posted as quickly as possible, however occasionally we will need to extend our processing time by a few days, during busy periods. 

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout, letting you know your order is on its way. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email please be sure to check your spam folder. Our current processing time is 1-7 working days, and shipping times depend on a variety of factors, primarily: shipping address location and the shipping option selected. We kindly ask that UK customers wait up to 3 weeks for their orders to arrive, and we have seen some international orders take up to 6 weeks to arrive. We highly recommend selecting Tracked Shipping at checkout so you can track the location of your order until it arrives with you. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Should you need to amend any information regarding your order (including delivery address) please contact us immediately at hello@paigesillustrations.co.uk so we can rectify this before your order is shipped. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped we are unable to change any information on your order, or offer a refund.

Am I responsible for custom fees/ import taxes?

Customers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes.

Can I commission you for a private project?

Yes! Please contact us at hello@paigesillustrations.co.uk should you wish to enquire about a private commission. 

What's included in my Gouache Painting Kit?

Our painting kits provide the exact supplies used by Paige in her painting videos online. Please refer to the product description of the kit/s you are interested in for more information.
