When will my order be posted?

Here at Paige's Illustrations we work hard to ensure orders are posted as quickly as possible! Our current processing time is 1-7 business days (please note this does not include shipping time) however we will aim to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. Occasionally we will need to extend our processing time by a few days during busy periods. 

If you have ordered a Gouache Lovers Club subscription box your order will be shipped on the 8th September 2023. If your order contains any other items, they will all be shipped together on this date. If you need your other items sooner please order them separately!

Where is my order?

Please note our processing time is 1-5 working days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Shipping times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout as well as your location. Due to some delays we have seen some UK orders take up to 4 weeks to arrive, and some international orders have taken up to 6 weeks to arrive. 

Where do you get your products made?

Unfortunately we are unable to disclose information regarding our manufacturers.

Can I change my delivery address?

Should you need to amend any information regarding your order (including delivery address) please contact us immediately at paigesillustrations.info@gmail.com so we can rectify this before your order is shipped. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped out we are unable to change any information on your order. 

Am I responsible for custom fees/ import taxes?

Customers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes.

Can I commission you for a private project?

Yes! Please contact us at paigesillustrations.info@gmail.com should you wish to enquire about a private commission. 

What's included in my Gouache Painting Kit?

Do I need to buy each box individually?

No, if you have an active quarterly subscription payment for each box will be automatically processed on the 8th of every 3 months. So you won't miss out on any boxes. If you would like to purchase the next box only you can use our one-time purchase option. Please note this option will not sign you up for a subscription. 

When will my box be shipped?

Our Gouache Lovers Club subscription boxes are shipped every 3 months. For 2023 our boxes will be dispatched on the following dates: 8th March, 8th June, 8th September, 8th December.

When will I be charged?

Quarterly Subscription - payment for your first box will be processed on the day you sign up, from then your payments will be processed for each box on the 1st of every 3 months. 

Annual Subscription - Payment for all 4 boxes will be processed on the day you sign up. From then your next payment will be processed on the same date the following year, for your next bundle of 4 boxes. 

Can I skip a box?

Yes! If you have an active quarterly rolling subscription you can skip a box if you would like to, this is a great way to give yourself some time to catch up! Simply log into your account and click on 'manage subscription' from there you will be able to see your next charge date and how to skip the next box. 

What is the difference between a rolling subscription and an annual subscription?

A rolling subscription is paid for in instalments throughout the year until you choose to pause or cancel your subscription - this gives you the ability to skip a box if you would like to. Annual subscriptions are when you pay for all 4 boxes in one payment, which gives you over a 10% discount! However you cannot skip boxes when you have an active annual subscription.  

Why can't I use my discount code?

Discount codes are only valid for one-time purchases and cannot be used when signing up for a subscription to The Gouache Lovers Club.
